Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Below you will find important information about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. An estimated timeframe is also calculated and shown. Shipments originate at our warehouse in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delays and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors such as weather or holidays. If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You can also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
